Registration Add-Ons
- Saturday Night Dinner: $150
Summer Meeting attendees are invited to register for an optional dinner with this year's speakers at the historic Arnaud's Restaurant in the French Quarter. The restaurant is located a short 15 min walk or brief taxi ride from the hotel (transportation on your own). Attendees are welcome to register a guest. Please note that dinner attendance is limited to the first 40 registrants and includes a pre-set multi-course dinner. A cash bar will be available onsite. We hope you will join us!
Join Fellow SWSP Members and Pick One Activity for Saturday Afternoon (all activities will finish prior to Saturday dinner):
- (Option A) Saturday Afternoon New Orleans Food Walking Tour of the French Quarter: $90 (guests welcome)
- Taste your way through the Big Easy on a food tour of New Orleans’ French Quarter, stopping to sample some of the city’s most distinctive foods along the way. Exploring New Orleans food with a guide means you get a behind-the-scenes look into local kitchens, with plenty of tips on where to eat, drink, and sightsee while visiting New Orleans. Bring an appetite for everything from beignets to brisket!
- (Option B) Saturday Afternoon New Orleans Ghost, True Crime, Voodoo and Vampire Walking Tour: $50 (guests welcome)
- If you're looking for a no-holds-barred fright in New Orleans, explore the city’s dark history on this adults-only tour from Hottest Hell, one of the top-rated haunted tour operators in town. Storytelling guides save the most grizzly true-crime tales, voodoo legends, and paranormal frights for this one, taking you on the choice of two different routes through the most haunted locations in the French Quarter and beyond.
- (Option C) Anesthesia and Oral Surgery: $750
- This limited attendance hands-on course will give the attendees the opportunity to perform Surgical third molar techniques discussed in the morning session on a high-quality dental surgical model.
- (Option D) CBCT Analysis and Report Writing: $250
- Using CBCT effectively as a diagnostic tool and hands-on workshop including the review of 5-8 cases to demonstrate the importance of third eye (3-D) imaging in dentistry.

Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fee is available if request is received in writing via email to [email protected] on or before July 19, 2024. No refunds after this date. No cancellations will be taken by phone. In the event of an emergency, cancellations will be reviewed by the board on a case by case basis.
Registrants who do not attend the Summer Meeting and/or do not contact SWSP via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be processed prior to the meeting if request is received in writing via email to [email protected] prior to July 19, 2024. After July 19, any substitutions will be processed onsite.
