**This category is available only for the first meeting attended by a Potential New Active Member Periodontist who will be attending the meeting with a SWSP Member. Please note the name of the Active Member who invited you on the registration form.
***Please note this rate is available to students and faculty who ONLY wish to attend the Inter-institutional Meeting. No CE credits will be issued to those attending under this rate. Should you wish to accrue CE credits, please register for the entire winter meeting under the applicable rate.

Exhibitor Representative: $0
Each in-person sponsor or exhibitor is allowed two representatives - details collected as part of sponsor/exhibitor registration form.
Additional Exhibitor Representative: $400
Complimentary Sponsor Full Conference Registration: $0
For sponsors at the Silver level and above; number of complimentary registrations based on sponsor level.
In-Person Vendor Registration: $350
Allowable for one meeting by potential new sponsoring or exhibiting organization; does not include exhibit table.

Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fee is available if request is received in writing via email to [email protected] on or before January 5, 2025. No refunds after this date. No cancellations will be taken by phone. In the event of an emergency, cancellations will be reviewed by the Board of Directors on a case by case basis.

Registrants who do not attend the Winter Meeting and/or do not contact SWSP via written correspondence during the set window as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be processed prior to the meeting if request is received in writing via email to [email protected] prior to January 30, 2025. After January 30, 2025, any substitutions will be processed onsite.
